In addition to our frequently asked questions, our team is available to answer all your technical queries. Technical support addresses issues relating to the functionality of SPSS software, such as the interpretation of error messages and the rectification of possible defects. Our objective is to answer your questions as quickly and comprehensively as possible.
- SPSS-SA support is a free service offered to all our existing clients
- The SPSS-SA support service is available from 09h00 to 17h00, from Monday to Friday
- Support queries are handled either by telephone or e-mail
- The average turnaround time for e-mail support queries is less than 24 hours

Nadine graduated with a B.Sc. Honours in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Cape Town in 2002. Nadine collaborates with Mike Bergh and Klay Martens on Proof of Concept projects. In addition, she works closely with Tracy Mckechnie on Solution Sales to create customised offerings that address weaknesses in clients' organisations. Nadine also presents SPSS-SA training.

Senior Technical Consultant
Klay has a Diploma in Datametrics from UNISA. Klay works closely with Mike Bergh, focusing specifically on technical back-up in data mining and Proof of Concept projects. In addition, Klay presents SPSS-SA training throughout South Africa and offers technical support to SPSS-SA clients.

Senior Technical Consultant
Lizette graduated with a B.Sc. Agric. Hons degree from the University of Pretoria in 1987. She obtained a Ph.D. in Zoology at the University of Cape Town in 2004, focusing on fisheries science. Lizette presents SPSS-SA training and also offers technical support to SPSS-SA clients.
